Ashtanga Yoga was originally brought to the western world by Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India, who had learnt the ancient practice from his own teacher Sri Triumalai Krishnamacharya. The practice is made up of a series of postures which over time combines an almost meditative approach that any person, no matter how young or old, new or experienced, can enjoy and benefit from.

Ashtanga Yoga offers two methods of learning which are a Led Class by the teacher and Mysore Style Self Practice. Please find out more about the Mysore Style class by clicking on Ashtanga Yoga in offerings.
